Terms and conditions
Self-catering properties are operated by Blue Sky Cottages. Cottage prices include bed linen, towels and complimentary toiletries, plus WiFi, 24hr heating and electricity.
An extra set of sheets and towels can be made available at £15.00 per single and £25.00 per double bed. Please place your order at the time of booking.
*Garden cottage can accommodate a third person using a Z bed at £25 per night inc. towels and linen
** Keeper's Cottage and Old Linthill can accommodate up to 2 additional guests using a double sofa bed at £20 per person, per night inc. towels and linen for a 2-3 night stay, £15 p.p.p.n for longer.
During July and August, all properties are subject to a 3 night minimum stay.
All self-catering properties have either open fires or stoves for you to enjoy. When booking, please order your firewood from us. Net sacks or dry logs are available at £6 each, and kindling bundles are £4.
